The Sailor's Sailing Club

Known by locals as the home of sailing on Moreton Bay, Wynnum Manly Yacht Club (WMYC) is a friendly, inclusive club dedicated to safe, enjoyable yacht racing.

Incorporated in 1997 by sailors from Wynnum Manly Yacht Club (WMYC), WMYC is an affiliated club with Australian Sailing and proudly offers organised racing in a supportive and social environment. All participating yachts meet Category 5 safety requirements, ensuring safe and confident racing for all.

Yacht Racing

In addition to our regular Sunday racing, we host many race series and regattas across the season. Sailors of all experience levels are encouraged to explore our racing calendarand join in the fun.

Sunday SAGS

We race on most Sunday afternoons throughout the year as part of the SAGS series — a relaxed and friendly pursuit-style yacht racing program for skippers and their crews (all levels).

Women & Girls Sailing

We welcome women and girls to experience sailing in a friendly, supportive club environment. Whether you are new to sailing or looking to build confidence and skills on the water, you’ll find a warm welcome at our club.
